I'm a design engineer with experience spanning visual design and front-end development. There's a specific kind of satisfaction in seeing a design go from an idea to a living interface, something people click, scroll, and react to. I love both disciplines equally, which means I get to stay close to that whole arc instead of handing it off partway through. I'm as comfortable shaping the visual direction as I am writing the code that brings it to life.
